Our team includes approximately 145 teaching staff and 100 non-teaching staff working in various areas such as Teaching & Learning, Teacher Assistants, Library Services, Laboratory Technicians, Music Tutors, Business Services – Administration, Community Engagement, Finance, HR, Future Pathways and IT, Wellbeing Services (Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors), Grounds & Maintenance and Canteen & Catering.

In order to apply for an advertised position applicants are generally required to submit the following before the nominated application close date:

  • Introductory cover letter stating why you wish to work at St Patrick College and what you can bring to the role.
  • Current resume which should include a brief employment history stating where you have worked, the length of service and brief description of the position(s) held and duties undertake; and
  • Completed ³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ Employment Application Form.

Applicants for teaching positions must be registered as a teacher with the Teachers Registration Board of Tasmania or be able to obtain this registration before their employment commencement date. 

Applicants for all other positions must have or be eligible for registration to hold a child-related position within the Tasmanian Catholic Education System (involving Registration to Work with Vulnerable People and a National Police Record Check).

³ÉÈËÖ±²¥ is seeking a passionate Hairdressing & Beauty industry professional or experienced VET Teacher to lead and develop our new Hairdressing & Beauty Services VET program in a 12-month part-time (0.5 FTE) role, focusing on delivering practical, hands-on training for Certificate II Salon Assistant and Certificate III Makeup.
